Survived Hurricane Irene

I purchased this item at was doubtful at first when I felt how thin the material is. Then I noticed my bike tank was wet in a small rain storm. Only later did I realize that the material is water resistant, not water-proof, so just make sure the cover is taught. The material is thin to allow air circulation. Well the air has been circulating through hurricane Irene (southern NJ), while my bike has stayed completely dry. I thought for sure there would be a failure of either a leak or a tear, but boy was I proven wrong. I would definitly recommend you buy this motorcycle cover, especially in storm prone areas. Now I don't think it will do as well in snow since that will weight it down, but we will see, I was proven wrong once :)

Nice Cover

I usually keep my Honda VTX1800 under my carport over the winter. The cover I had was not big enough. This cover fits perfectly with saddlebags, windshield and backrest. I think its ideal for my bike or any full sized motorcycle. And the built in bungee cords keep the cover in place .

Great cover for a Goldwing

I purchased the extra large cover for my Honda Goldwing GL1800 and it fits perfect. My bike is garage kept and doesn't go out in the rain, but I have no doubt that this cover would protect my bike in a downpour as long as it was strapped down. When I remove my cover my wing sparkles like a new penny as all the dust is kept away from the bike.

The canvass cover has a soft inner lining to protect the windshield and conforms to the wing like a glove. The hem is elastic so it stays in place under the bags and around the front wheel. There are grommet holes and a bungee already attached, but most of the time would not be needed.

For a travel cover you might want something smaller, but for home storage this one works well for me.
