Just like real but therefor a bit dangerous.
By Stephanie Gaudino
Don't be fooled by the size or the price. This is pretty much not appropriate for small kid. It is basically a minature tape measure that is metal and snaps back in fast with the potential to cut a small finger.

My son cut himself on this toy twice.
By ISPND2MCH
My son is 3 years old and I got tired of him always taking my tape measures to play with. Mind you he did so quite often and never once hurt himself on them. This little tape measure sliced his fingers twice on the side of the metal tape. He wasn't doing anything crazy with it to cause the cut. He was holding the tape measure with one hand, fingers near where the tape comes out, and he pulled the tape out with his other hand and it would catch his finger.
It's cute but intended for maybe an older child...but by that age you might as well just get them a regular sized tape measure.

Just like Daddy's!
By Debi Wheatley
My grandson always wants to play with Daddy's or Papa's tape measure while they are trying to work. I bought this one for Christmas and he was so excited. He even measured his drill!
