No more flat tire worry's
By Ronald L. Uzzo
I bought the Slime product because it does not harm the tire pressure monitor sensors. It stays a liquid inside of the tire and washes out with plain old water when you get to a place that will patch the tire. I had to use Fix-A-Flat and it turned into a very hard blob of plastic like stuff that can not be removed from inside my tire at all. I bought a 20 ounce and a 16 ounce can to carry in my car "just in case" I bought the aerasol because it will blow up the tire enough to get me going. I have not seen any place in the whole state of Florida that sells gas that has a working air pump. Not a one!

Slime = Forget worrying about flat tires
By Mike The Teacher
I just tried this for the first time today and it is fantastic. It works.
With some other products you have to remove the valve stem with a tool, I don't know about you, but working on a valve stem is not something I want to do while on the side of a busy road or in bad weather. I want to inflate the tire ASAP and get out of danger.
Slime Quick Spair = Simple as removing the valve stem cover on your falt tire [the plastic cover], screwing the can on, and inflating.
I would recommend buying more than one, one can inflated the tire but not as fully as I would have liked, but this was done in near zero degree temps, so that may affect it.
Some recommend an air compressor for extra inflation; if you know how to work one great, if not, just use it long enough to drive to a place that can properly fix or replace your tire.
I cant say anything about how the tire will behave after or for how long, all I know is it inflated the tire and sealed the leak. Simple. Easy. Buy two.

We forgot it was there until we needed it
By A. Dent
The Slime is ideal if you want to avoid changing a tire or the hassle and expense of being towed to a service center.
This is one of those things (like air?) that you don't know it's there until you miss it. We had a can for I don't know how long in the trunk, just in case and... the 'just in case' happened a couple of weeks ago. My wife was driving alone and it was night when one tire lost pressure while on an local road. With the Slime she was able to quickly fix the problem and drive the car home. The following day we drove to a place to have the tire replaced - no need for changing the tire on a road with no shoulder or calling for a tow. We're happy we had the Slime and I just ordered a replacement.
Operation is as easy as attaching the nose to the valve and pushing a button. Once the rim gets off the ground you drive the car slowly for a couple of miles for the goo inside your tire to distribute properly and seal the puncture and then it's better than driving with a spare tire.
As for limitations, it says on the can that it's not going to work on sidewall cuts, real large one or on valve leaks.
